Cory & Ryan’s Terry Hills Wedding Photos - Batavia Wedding Photography

Another great wedding weekend in the books! I’m excited to share Cory & Ryan’s Terry Hills Wedding with you all! Last year we did a short engagement session in the snow, so thankfully, the weather was much better this time around! The whole day was really perfect. Sometimes things seem chaotic but, for this wedding, everything went very smoothly. We started off with Ryan getting ready with her girls at Terry Hills in Batavia, NY. From the first moment I got there, we were having a great time. It wasn’t long before Ryan was in her beautiful dress and it was time for the first look.

I love first looks! It’s such a special moment between the bride and groom. I really enjoy setting it up and then getting to capture all of the looks and emotion. After that, we spent some time photographing the bride & groom with the whole wedding party and then did a few more with just Cory & Ryan. The weather was perfect and Terry Hills gave us plenty of locations to choose from. Things just went so well it almost seemed like we had too much time!

Up next was the ceremony. Cory & Ryan got married right on the edge of the golf course there. It was really beautiful. They requested a large group shot as the wedding began and I was happy to oblige. It’s really unique and I’m glad I had the chance to capture that moment for them! Since we had all of the photos done, we went right into the cocktail hour and reception. This is another reason the first look is so great – it frees up this time for the bride and groom to spend with their guests.

The rest of the reception went just as smoothly as the beginning of the day. Things got pretty crazy on the dance floor – especially when the father of the bride did the WORM! No lie, it’s all documented. We ended the night with a shot outside that came out really great.
