Fallon & Garrett's Rush, NY Wedding

Hey friends! Today I’m sharing Fallon & Garrett’s Rush, NY wedding! Located on a beautiful piece of land near Fallon’s childhood home, these two tied the knot alongside many family members and friends. We started out at Fallon’s parents’ home a few doors down from where the ceremony and reception would be. While the girls were getting hair and make-up done, I took the opportunity to get a few photos of the dress and the details. Once they were ready, we headed outside for photos with all of the girls.

Before long, it was time to head over to the ceremony! When we got to the property, we had one last thing to do before Fallon walked down the aisle: a first look with her dad. It was a beautiful moment that I’m sure neither Fallon or her dad will ever forget!

Time for the ceremony! I’m pretty sure the processional was longer than the actual ceremony was, but that’s the way they wanted it. This was the first time I’ve seen the best man and the maid-of-honor also officiate the ceremony, but again, Fallon and Garrett did things the way they wanted and I love that about them!

After a photo session with the family and bridal party, I had some time with the bride and groom. We found a few beautiful spots for photos and had a great time doing it!

On to the reception! Located in a well-decorated tent nearby, we watched the special dances and heard a few toasts and speeches. Soon after, dinner was finished, and it was time to get the party started! We took this opportunity to set up a few special shots with the bride and groom. One of my favorites was under two huge willow trees on the property. We used our flashes to uplight the trees and illuminate the couple. It really came out great.

One of the last shots of the night was the re-creation of a photo of Fallon and her dad smoking cigars from few years ago. I did the re-creation and added a few with my own flare. :)
