Hey everyone! I’m excited to share Tim & Lauren’s Deerfield Country Club Wedding photos with you all! It was a beautiful Saturday in July, 75º and sunny. It doesn’t get any better than that! We started things out at Lauren’s parents’ house in Spencerport, NY. The girls were ready for photos when I arrived. We went outside to get a few photos with their robes on. After that, it was time to get the bride into the dress and do a first look with dad. This is always a great moment and I’m glad I get to help make it happen before the bride walks down the aisle. On to the ceremony!
It was beautiful. Both Tim and Lauren shed a few tears at different times. Capturing emotion is one of my favorite things about weddings and I’m so happy I get to preserve these moments for the bride and groom. After the wedding ceremony, we headed over to Deerfield Country Club. It’s a stunning place for a wedding reception. We found a few spots around the golf course that gave us a little shade rather than being in the bright, direct sunlight. Before long, it was time for the reception!
After a few special dances, toasts and dinner, the sun had dropped down into the perfect spot for photos, so I brought the bride and groom back outside. This is my favorite time to take photos. The lighting is beautiful and dramatic and everyone is relaxed. We found a few spots that were really amazing before heading back to the party. Once the sun went down a little further, we wanted to do a few more photos. I scouted a few nice spots just outside the reception room. The trees were wrapped in lights, and I knew that would look great in the background. They really came out great and I couldn’t be happier!
