We are on the edge of full blown wedding season 2016! I’ve already done a few weddings besides this Rochester wedding this year, but I’m really excited to see what happens in the rest of this season!
Josh and Jessica have been acquaintances of mine for a while. It wasn’t until Josh asked Jessica to marry him at the end of a wedding I did last fall (with the bride’s permission of course) that I started to get to know them. Josh is the brother of Debbie (see Luke & Debbie’s photos here). During the bouquet toss, Debbie faked the toss and turned around to give the bouquet to Jessica. Josh came out, got down on one knee, and the rest is history!
We started things off at the First Baptist Church of Rochester for the getting ready shots and the ceremony. After that, we went our separate ways for dinner and all met back up for the reception at La Luna Restaurant near High Falls. There, the DJ and entertainer, Johnathan Stills from Premiere Entertainment, tore it up! This dude can sing! We had so much fun! We wrapped things up at La Luna with a sparkler exit. Josh & Jessica wanted to go back to where we did some of their engagement photos, so we headed over to the Eastman Theatre and Java’s Cafe to cap the day off.
I had such a great time working with Josh & Jessica on their wedding day! Thank you so much for having me!
