Brian & Kristin's NYC Mini-Session

Hey everyone! As many of you know, I’ve been in New York City for the past few days to shoot a few photo sessions. I’m headed home tonight but I’m happy to share some photos with you all now! Brian and Kristin are old friends of mine. Whenever I come to NYC I always do whatever I can to meet up with them. Brian has a reputation of being in the right place at the right time. Most famously, when at a “secret” John Mayer concert, Mayer took Brian’s camera and played a solo on his guitar with it, while it was recording of course. Brian was also at the right place at the right time when he met Kristin while they were in college together. A few years later they got married and now, little Henry is only weeks away!

I love the contrast of trees and buildings in Central Park

Below is the same photo with a few different types of editing. The first two are pretty standard. The last one is a more creative edit. With each shoot, I like to take a few of the best photos and do something completely different with them. I would describe my style as clean & crisp with vibrant colors. This last photo is a departure from that but I think it’s good to try new and different techniques. Enjoy!
